What locations do you service?

Our local service area is Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia. We take 1-2 luxury weddings per year outside of our normal service area.

What other rental equipment do you provide?

In addition to tents, we offer flooring, lighting, climate control, restroom trailers, generators and custom fabric draping.

How soon do I need to reserve a tent?

Service is so important to us. We will block off 3-5 days for a standard wedding install and 10-14 days for a luxury wedding. Because our calendar fills up quickly, we recommend reserving space on our calendar as soon as you know we are a good fit. As a small boutique rental company we do not take on multiple weddings per week.

Tell me about your process

We specialize in luxury tented events. 100% of our clients have a planner or caterer that bring us on the project. We work closely with all of your vendor partners to ensure a seamless install, event day and load out. Our process typically starts with a walk through of the site to determine the event flow. We make recommendations for placement of the reception tent, catering tent, restroom trailer(s), generator(s), flooring and include a comprehensive rain plan. We then work with your planner or caterer and determine any lighting, flooring or fabric needs. We include detailed diagrams with each tent proposal. Once the proposal and deposit are received we block off the appropriate labor on our calendar.

You will work with Tara and Drew directly from the first phone call to each site visit, install week, event day and load out.
